The Board of Commissioners for the Immokalee Water & Sewer District will conduct a workshop to discuss the status of the rate study business plan on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., in the Board Room of the Immokalee Water & Sewer District, located at 1020 Sanitation Road, Immokalee, Florida 34142. 

Notice for Public Comment: Public comment will be allowed at the time the agenda item is being considered. You will be allowed to speak for up to three minutes and only once for each item, unless further information is requested, and additional time is granted by the Board. Be advised that the Board may take action on items not listed on the agenda. If this occurs, public comment will be received at the time the item is considered for up to three minutes if you raise your hand to indicate your desire to speak. Comment for non-agenda general discussion by the public will be allowed under Public Concerns (section II. Preliminaries, item d) of the agenda for up to three minutes, unless further information is requested, and additional time is granted by the Board.
