Water

For water service issues, contact our office and we will send our Water Distribution Dept. staff to your property at a scheduled time to investigate. If a water service lateral leak is found, we will determine if the leak is on the District side or on the customer side. If the leak is on the customer side, the customer must contact a plumber to make the necessary repairs. If the leak is on the District side, we will schedule the repair as soon as possible. 

Note: Customers are responsible for all internal plumbing connected to the water meter. 

If during an investigation of a water service issue we determine that a water meter is damaged or destroyed, the customer will be responsible for the labor and materials required to repair and/or replace the water meter.

Sewer

For sewer service issues, contact our office and we will send our  Wastewater Collections Dept staff to your address to determine if the blockage is within the sewer main or the private sewer lateral. If the District main is found to be clear, it is the responsibility of the customer to call a plumber or sewer/drain cleaning service to correct the issue. Customers are responsible for maintaining adequate flow to and through the sewer lateral from the property structure to and into the District's sewer main. If the blockage is within our sewer main, we will fix it as soon as possible.
