During the Fiscal Year 2021-22, the Immokalee Water and Sewer District team worked hard on developing and implementing our Vision, Core Values, and Communication/Behavior Agreement. Based on this foundation, a strategic plan was developed to include the following five Strategic Goals:

1. Infrastructure Development
2. Employee Development
3. Community Engagement Development
4. Process Improvement Development
5. Capital Improvement Plan

During that time, we came to realize that because Immokalee is surrounded by such wonderful natural attractions like Lake Trafford, The Everglades and Lake Okeechobee, we felt it was appropriate to add a sixth Goal: Natural Systems.
