Bill Pay Options
Drop Box
The night drop box is available for payments at any time even during normal business hours. The drop box is located in the drive-thru lane before the window. The box is checked twice a day. If you drop off a payment after hours, your payment will be processed the next business day. Please ensure your bill is included in your payment.
Telephone Payments
Automated telephone payment (866) 658-3630 available any time (minimal fee).
Payments after Disconnections
If your service has been disconnected and you are paying online or through the telephone payment system you must call the office to have service restored. If you request service after-hours, there will be an extra after-hours service charge.
Mail-In Payments
Utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) to send in your payment. Please include your bill in the payment. Send payments to:

Third-party Websites
Making a payment through a third-party website, may delay payment to us and potentially cause penalties and shutoffs. Please be aware payments made through your online banking bill pay or other third-party vendors are not affiliated with the District and may require additional processing time. Customer accounts will not be credited with payment until funds are received by the District. Please pay your bills online through our Online Payments feature above to ensure timely receipt of your payment.
